In this VIP PH you'll be in luxury living at its best. It boasts a spectacular 360* view of Bogotá & the majestic Andes mountains with sunsets that will awe you! Walk to shops & some of the top bars/restaurants in Bogotá. Near vibrant nightlife that competes with NYC's. Its modern décor will please any VIP. Near El parque de la 93 which is often compared to Central Park in NY. The “parque de la 93” is a few blocks away. Jog, box or do yoga and more. Near Virrey Park, a must stay in Bogota! The space This luxurious PH was constructed in 2023. Professionally and tastefully decorated. It’s on the 11th floor-with views of Bogota’ and the Andes mountain range. There are views from every room including the fully equipped gourmet kitchen. There are 4 bedrooms each with ensuite full bathrooms. The terrace is beautiful with a table for wine, Colombian coffee or breakfast with a view. The art work throughout the PH will please any VIP. Above the PH there is a rooftop terrace for your enjoyment. Guest access The entire apartment is accessible. The gym and meeting room are also accessible. Other things to note Please carry a copy of your passport at all times for ID. You check in with the guard as soon as you enter the building. They will provideyou with the keys to 1101. You must leave the key when you leave the building. There are security cameras throughout the building for your safety. For your safety there are no outside visitors allowed. The apartment is located at a great location, close to Parque Virrey and Parque 93. The first a wonderful place to exercise and take some fresh air; the second a destination for good restaurants and entertainment.
Hosts were very responsive; apartment felt like home
Excellent location with a grocery store across the street and lots of restaurants and parks nearby; friendly security staff, and a beautifully appointed condo unit! Three bedrooms (each with ensuite) were located at the north end separated by a long hall from the kitchen and main living space. One single bed was directly off the kitchen, so not really a proper bedroom, but still an extra place to sleep if required. There was a bit of water damage in a few spots in two of the bathrooms, but otherwise, it was very clean, convenient and comfortable, and the views of the Andes were amazing! We also appreciated the washer and dryer for laundry, and the excellent communication and recommendations of our host. I would definitely stay again!
