The advertisement on Expedia was deceiving. It says the room sleeps 3, when we showed up the hotel wanted extra money for the 3rd person who had sleep on a couch. Expedia advertising says free cancelation if you cancel the day before. When I canceled the 2nd night I was told I am not getting a refund. The bedroom had a bad odor almost like putrified. All the the room was not what I expected to pay for. Staff where not very helpful. I will not book this hotel if I ever go back to Bogotá.

On the 8th of February, when I arrived at the hotel, there was no one at the front desk, it literally took me almost 20 minutes for someone to come and open the door, this is not acceptable.
