Staff extremely pleasant, lots of dining options on the block. Great breakfast spot across street. Really nice supper market on corner. Is it noisy at times yes but that’s Bogotá general lots of traffic overall great experience highly recommend

Cozy but…!

This is a cozy looking hotel. The best part of our stay was the outstanding quality of the staff. We were amazed at the effort to make our stay as best as possible. We would give a five star review were it not for the hard and uncomfortable bed and the lukewarm water for showering. But again, the staff deserve an A plus!!

Great Location though very noisy (streets and clubs nearby). Excellent service; everyone went beyond expectations to please clientele; Charming architecture, although a bit outdated (bath fixtures and furniture could use some renovation). Within walking distance to major shopping centers, restaurants and health-care centers. Breakfast buffet was very bit limited, but they compensated it by offering you eggs (your style), great variety of fruits, bread and coffee.

Rooms are nice and big. Staff is cordial. But electricity went off for few minutes and after that wifi took a while to get back. And water from taps was brown. Other than that, really good value for money.

It's an okay place to stay. It fit the 2 night purpose of our stay. The bath tub is a bit grungy. Foreigners, or non Colombian residents be aware that the check in is tricky, they make every attempt to get you to pay the added value tax. Customer service is as bad as it is in any 3 star hotel in the USA. The value for what it offers is good.
