Everything about my stay was excellent. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The breakfast was outstanding with plenty of fresh options each morning. The location is also perfect—right next to Unicentro, which made shopping and getting around extremely convenient. Overall, a fantastic experience and I would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast and customer service were the best we have had in a while. We had a party of 25 and the hotel was very accommodating to our needs, always greeted us by name. Excellent Stay at Sonesta Hotel Bogotá! I had a fantastic experience at the Sonesta Hotel Bogotá. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional, always going the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. The rooms are modern, spotless, and very comfortable — with great attention to detail. The location is ideal, right across from a shopping center and close to great restaurants and attractions. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh options every morning. I also appreciated how safe and quiet the area felt, making it easy to relax and enjoy my stay. Overall, an outstanding hotel that combines comfort, quality, and excellent service. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Bogotá!

Great staff, clean and well-maintained. Reasonably safe area although keeping your cell phone out of sight is still recommended. Plenty of restaurants and shopping options nearby including a very large shopping mall with movie theater. Great breakfast buffet on 3rd floor of hotel which I highly recommend also.

Excellent experience, one of the best Sonesta I have stayed in. Hotel was spotless, smelled great everywhere. Room was large and king bed super comfy and very quiet. Location is fabulous, near large Unicentro Mall with plenty of food/ shopping options and ready supply of taxis available. Breakfast buffet is included and excellent. I ate at their steak house restaurant on premises and it was very good.

There was no window to open, that was the only problem for us. We preferred not to walk on the streets at night. During the daytime, it looked like a safe neighbourhood. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was very nice, service was great. There is a big shopping mall across the street, and the market was open 24 hours. We enjoyed our stay there!
