Great value, great service :)

My stay at Viaggio was excellent. Everyone on property was very kind and helpful with questions, cabs and local suggestions. The room was large and comfortable. I reserved a room with a hammock and it was a whimsical and delightful feature that also showcased local craft. Bogota is always pretty cool, and the room is unheated, so you will probably make use of the extra blanket in the closet. Thankfully the shower was pipping hot, which I was thrilled about.

Hotel is getting a little worn around the edges. Not "luxury" but pleasant enough. Great service at breakfast and good food. The pictures show 3 pools, but one is for children and the other is only about 3 inches deep so there's really only one pool for adults.

Staff, room, and hotel were all great. The hotel is located in a very nice area of the city, especially if you want to be both close to downtown and other interesting/fun areas of the city (e.g. zona G). The only issue was that I reserved a room in Viaggio Salle but it turned out to be actually booked on the other hotel of the Viaggio chain that was located across the street. Not a major inconvenience after all.

Good place for a Good Price

I stayed on Bogota here with my family. The hotel is cozy and well located, the rooms are big enough and the staff really helpful and polite. Please keep in mind if you have a light sleep you should ask for a room facing the back of the building because the ones in the front face the 7th Avenue which is usually busy and noisy. The windows are not soundproof.

In general terms is a good place to stay in, however the rooms are very cold and have no AC or heater. The hotel amenities were not complete and the shower didn't have a curtain which made the bath a mess after taking a shower.
