Light-filled 30 sqm one-bedroom loft in Santa Barbara, Bogota, by Parque Calle 106. A single open space, living and sleeping areas together. Accommodates up to two guests, in a queen bed. The kitchen is fully equipped, with stove, refrigerator and microwave, heating, a dryer, and Wi-Fi. The building has lift access and a doorman.



The Space:

It has one bathroom.



There are fresh bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, iron, and room-darkening shades in the bedroom.



The kitchen is equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, kettle, coffee maker, cookware and tableware. It also has a dryer. For working there is a workspace.



The bathroom is stocked with towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel and hot water. There is heating in every room.



Guest Access:

The apartment door opens with a code we send you before you arrive, so there are no keys to pick up.

Santa Bárbara is a residential district in the north of Bogotá, with modern apartment blocks, parks and a good deal of everyday commerce: cafés, restaurants and shopping centres within the neighbourhood itself.



In the neighborhood:

Hacienda Santa Bárbara: a shopping centre built around a nineteenth-century country house, with cinemas and restaurants.

Parque Calle 106: a neighbourhood park with basketball courts and paths shaded by native trees.



Getting Around:

Transport can be arranged through us for any trip during your stay, at a rate confirmed in advance. Message us before your arrival.

In order to access the building it is necessary to register with the following information:

- Names of each guest

- ID number of each guest (Passport#, Drivers License#, etc.)

External Parking:

Although we do not have parking inside the building, guests can use the nearby public parking lot (Arezzo). The rate is $12,000 COP for 24 hours
