"Staff are very helpful. It was our first stay in Beijing and China so we needed some assistance and the staff were very helpful. The room was a good size and the bed was super comfortable. Bathroom is dated and the shower is over the bath. But other than the shower, everything was great. Loved our stay."

"The hotel was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming. The beds were genuinely comfortable — a highlight of the stay. The one area for improvement was breakfast: the flavor was underwhelming, though I won’t fault the limited selection since the hotel wasn’t particularly busy during my stay, and over-preparing would only lead to waste. That said, the quality of the food itself could certainly be better. The fitness center was impressively large and well-equipped. The hotel shuttle to the airport was also a convenient touch. "Near the Beijing embassy area. Hence very quiet at night. Good for a restful sleep. Not far from Beijing central area like palace. Staff are knowledgeable. Advised us on how to get palace tickets as we did not rebook online and online tickets were sold out on the day we wish to visit. Decent breakfast buffet. Rooms are big. Provide turn-down service and gave us eye masks! "
