This creekside property is a nature-lover's paradise! It includes 3 spacious bedrooms on the second floor that can sleep 7 comfortably. There is an eat in kitchen, living room with smart TV and a reading room. Wireless internet available throughout the house. Air conditioning throughout the house. Washer and dryer on site as well. At night, a fire pit creates the perfect setting for outdoor relaxation. (Firewood provided by hosts) Large wooden swing in yard by creek to enjoy the wildlife and evening sunsets. Spend your days fishing, swimming kayaking, or simply lounging by the water. You can easily take a day trip to Gettysburg, Baltimore, Washington, DC and Hershey Park. If you need anything, owners are conveniently located next door to the property. (Please be sure to specify if you will be bringing dogs)

It was a nice place to stay. It was close to children's lake. We enjoyed sitting out on the porch by the creek. We didn't like the train in the morning ours. We did enjoy it during the day.

Fishing Trip

Fantastic home with gorgeous view

The home is beautiful! The stream outside put us to sleep each night; it was so peaceful! The check in and out was so simple. Inside the rooms were spacious and comfortable. We were a group of 4 and really enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend!

Great fishing destination

Great cabin. Enjoyed a few days of fly fishing area streams. Just walk 20 yards out back and your in the yellow beeches. Great location.

Family Vacation

The house is super cute, great location, and the hosts were awesome! Quick to respond and even bought us a baby gate for the stairs! Bonus we were able to launch kayaks from the backyard! We will definitely stay again.

Stayed for a few days visiting family. Enjoyed the views and bubbling creek. Lovely bottle of wine upon arrival was a special treat. Great yard for our dogs. Easy communication with Mike before and during our stay.

Perfect Setting

We loved our stay on the creek. We saw deer and bald eagles, enjoyed fly fishing, spending time by the fire, and exploring. The central location was perfect for visiting Gettysburg, Hershey, or even DC. Mike was great! We'd highly recommend a visit.

Beautiful little place

My brothers and I get together every year in the fall for a few days, and this property was one of the best we've ever stayed at. Perfect location next to the trout stream, great outdoor firepit and relatively secluded. Convenient for a trip to Gettysburg and nearby hiking trails.

Great farmhouse stay!

Great winter getaway

Our group of four longtime friends had a fantastic stay at this beautiful creekside home! The house itself was in excellent condition, clean, and well-maintained. The snowy setting on the Yellow Breeches Creek was truly picturesque and peaceful – the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. Despite the serene location, we were only a short drive away from the vibrant restaurant and bar scene in Carlisle, offering the best of both worlds. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a tranquil escape with easy access to local amenities.

This place is located near the Appalachian Trail. We hiked through the Cumberland Valley during our stay. The location is near Boiling Springs, a charming small town with a Appalachian Trail Conservancy office.

Great stay on the Yellow Breeches

We had a great time at the house. Everything we needed was there. The house was charming, well furnished, and appointed, and the creek was absolutely gorgeous. The owners were easy to communicate with and very accommodating. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway in a quiet area, I would highly recommend!
