Holiday cottage in a quiet residential area on the edge of the village.

Less than 10 minutes from the Haye Forest leisure park (Tipipark, paintball, horseback riding, multi-sports fields, etc.), Bois-de-Haye is at the heart of hiking and cycling trails: a greenway less than 1 km away, the Moselle Loop, etc.
It's an excellent base for exploring the region: Toul (Saint-Étienne Cathedral) and its vineyards are 15 minutes away, Nancy city center (Place Stanislas, museums, etc.) is 25 minutes away, Pont-à-Mousson (Prémontré Abbey) is 30 minutes away, and Lake Madine and the Côtes de Meuse wine region are 45 minutes away. The cottage is a detached, single-story house (accessed by two steps).

It includes an entrance hall with a wardrobe, a laundry room (washing machine, freezer), and a 28 m² living room with an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a lounge with a smart TV. Two bedrooms at the rear (one with a 160x200 cm bed with electric controls, and two 90x190 cm beds).

The all-inclusive rate includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating, and electricity with reasonable consumption (charges included up to 30 kWh/day).
