Close to downtown Boise, Hillroad, Hyde's Park, Fairgrounds, public parks, shopping, golf, river rafting, biking, hiking, walking, skiing, concert venues, & the greenbelt! Parties and events are not allowed at this time. This is a very family-friendly neighborhood. Great, fully-fenced backyard with tree swing and sitting area and BBQ.
