Graduation made easy

We were in town with family for a Graduation Ceremony Location and set up of house was Perfect. It was a hot weekend so Gary came out and made sure Air Conditioning was up and running for us. Quick to respond. Plenty of space and the multiple kitchens made our lives easier with multiple ages. We all Loved it!!

Comfy place to stay with great service!

We had three small family groups that rented both houses while we were in Boise for our daughter's wedding. The houses were convenient, well-cared for, clean and bright. The kitchens of both houses were well-stocked with pans, dishes, plates, and a working vintage stove that was really cool (and worked great!). The management team was extremely helpful and responsive in extending our stay by a day, and in making sure that we were able to fully use and access the property in the way we needed to. We will be in Boise more frequently to see the newlyweds, and the two cottages will be our first call for accommodations! Highly, highly recommend!!!

Good, but not quite what we expected

We totally enjoyed our stay at these two homes, however, the pictures definitely make it look bigger than it is. The yard isn't nearly as big as the pictures made it look either. It was nice to have rooms and beds for everyone, however, we had to clean one of the bathtubs before we could bathe the kids, and there were take out containers left in one of the fridges. The maintenance man was wonderful! We needed a little help and he came right over, was very nice and helpful. The property manager always responded to our messages and were easy to communicate with. The check out process was easy and wonderful! Over all it was a good experience.
