Welcome to your Boise home base! This modern 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhouse offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and location. This home home features clean lines, updated finishes, and all the conveniences of a newer build—without sacrificing that cozy, welcoming vibe. Located just off Hill Road, you’ll be tucked into a peaceful residential neighborhood while still being minutes from downtown Boise, Hyde Park, the foothills trails, and the Whitewater Park. Whether you're in town to explore the vibrant city scene, hit the trails, or just relax, this spot puts you close to it all.

Please note:

Guests are expected to read and be willing to honor House Rules. No gatherings/parties allowed, only booked guests can be there at any time (unless discussed/approved and any additional fees paid in advance). Additional security deposit may be required depending on length of stay. Unsigned rental agreement means no entry. Booking implies agreement to pay any fees/deposits and honor House Rules. Pets must be discussed/approved and paid in advance - dog friendly only; no cats - maximum 2. To maintain the condition of the home the pet fee will be $60 for 1 pet and $120 for 2 pets. Failure to disclose a pet at this property before check-in could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged. No Smoking - minimum $250 fine.
