I didn't like that they didn't clean the room daily, I wasn't aware that. Our ice maker didn't work si the second day they gave us a bag with ice in it and it was disgusting!

John, first off let me say thank you for staying with us at My Place hotel in Nampa. My apologies for any lack of communication during your reservation process and when you checked in to the hotel regarding our housekeeping schedule. Our entire staff is available to provide you with any room items you might be in need of during your stay. Although we do not provide a full bedding change and cleaning service each day of your stay we are happy to accommodate requests as best we can. We are currently working with the supplier of our ice machines to get that corrected as soon as possible. We have taken all precautions for any bagged ice to be fresh and absolutely sanitary. Since our facility does not have an open public ice machine, our hope was that providing in sealed bags would be the best temporary solution. My apologies if this was not to your satisfaction, but I appreciate you pointing that out. We value your feedback.

Not having stayed at a My Place before I was pleasantly surprised. Staff was friendly, accommodating and remembered your name. The extra amenities you would find in a studio apartment, i.e. refrigerator, stove, microwave, etc. made our stay more personable.

The entire staff was pleasant, professional, and went out of their way to make my stay pleasurable.
Austin greeted me with a smile, and kept that same smile, as well as all the other staff members each time I saw them!
I will most definitely book a room there on my next trip to Idaho!

Maria, thank you for staying with us here at My Place hotel in Nampa. We appreciate you taking the time to share a review of your experience and are happy to see that it was a perfect 5 out of 5. We are proud of your staff and all their hard work to ensure each guest stay is clean, comfortable, and safe.
The hotel has a little mini kitchen, you could even fix meals if you’d like to. Front desk person is really nice. Very clean and new!

Friendly and courteous staff! Very peasant facility with plenty of room and a handy kitchen with a stove too, plus a microwave! Due to no fault of the staff, My Place could benefit by having luggage carts :)

What is unique about this property is that they advertise their kitchenettes w/refrig, dishwasher, microwave and cooktop; however, the guest has to bring their own pots, pans, dishes, knives, forks and spoons. The cupboards and drawers are BARE.?????
Other than that, it is an okay place. It is new.

Thanks for the review Neil! We'll review the "advertising" for a dishwasher. A full array of kitchen ware and utensils is available for purchase at the front desk and we offer complimentary disposable plates and utensils as well. We are glad you enjoyed your stay and hope to host you again soon.
Definitely a nice place to stay, it was a bit busy the first night being so close to the Idaho ford center but the hotel staff were all great and the room was clean.

It's great to hear you enjoyed your stay with us on a night when we we're tested! We work really hard to make the stay great for the guests enjoying the Ford Idaho Center events as well as those passing through for other reasons .
I love that we could order take out and take over the dinning area with local friends and family and nobody cared. The rooms were wonderful and the pillows were perfect!

I arrived at 4:30 and they did not have a single room ready. It was not ready until 6:30. When there is a big event at the arena next door, staff more cleaners.

The staff was courteous and helpful. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom towels were of nice quality. We didnt have the complimentary toiletries in our room. Must have been a staff oversight. I had my own to use so it wasnt a big deal.
The kitchenette with full refrigerator, microwave, and cooktop was handy to have. Would have been better if in the hotel description it had been clear that there are no utensils or cookware or dishes provided to use in the room.

Quick check in. Staff was friendly and helpful. Loved having a recliner in the room. I did not utilize the kitchenette, but would appreciate it for a longer stay. I wish they offered breakfast.

This was my second stay in one of your properties. Your staff at both locations have been superior. Properties have been excellent. The fact that you allow dogs and cats is a real selling point. It is exceptional especially in this day and age that a company takes such good care of their property.

Our bathroom was not clean at all when we checked in. There was black hair all over our floor. It hadn’t been mopped or cleaned or swept. Had to take a towel and clean it ourselves. Gross!
