Each of our three bedrooms provides high-quality new mattresses protected by bed bug/waterproof mattress encasements. Feather and down filled pillows are also protected by hypoallergenic, bed bug/waterproof pillowcases. You will feel cozy and warm under feather and down filled comforters. Our sheets & duvet covers are of high-quality cotton and/or linen. For your infant we have included pack-&-play crib with mattress and sheets, blanket. As well as a new highchair with tray and a basket of toys. Smart TV in master bedroom.

KITCHEN:

In the comfort of this home, you will find a fully stocked kitchen with every necessity provided to make a delicious home meal with all the baking supplies as well. Every supply is brand new! Electric tea kettle, toaster, Keurig coffee machine, K-cups, every utensil imaginable, cutting boards, mixing bowls, baking sheets and dishes, pots and pans, full set of dinnerware, children’s dishes, kitchen towels, paper towel, cleaning supplies, and various spices & other necessities in the cupboard. Enjoy complimentary tea, coffee, and “welcome” snack tray.

LIVING AREA:

Large 65" Smart Roku TV in the living room with high-speed Wi-Fi Internet and all your streaming channels! Dedicated workspace with desk, office chair, lamp, and natural window lights. In one of the closets, you will find a whole stack of family friendly board games. Included to accommodate two extra guests, high of the ground, self-inflatable queen size mattress.

Waiting for our house to be built in Boise

This house was extremely clean! Perfectly located near shopping and restaurants. The neighbors were nice, quiet, and even took the trash cans out for us. The property manager was easy to deal with. I’ve stayed in many vrbo homes, and this is one of the cleanest! I would definitely stay here again and fully recommend it to anyone!

The house was just lovely. Comfortable, clean and bright, decorated sparsely but elegantly. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need. The beds were very comfortable. It was a perfect location for us, just a couple minutes drive from family that we were visiting. Also just a couple minutes from The Villages. Communication from/with Yuriy and Olga was easy and my messages were promptly answered. Instructions for checking in/out was very clear and detailed. A wonderful experience. Would highly recommend!

Updated and Spacious with Great Location

An excellent value for any small family looking for an updated home with quality finishes. Located in a quiet neighborhood, serving as a central base location for activities in the area. There is a grocery store that is walkable along with other local restaurants in the area. Very clean and well maintained with a small fenced backyard. The only recommendation would be to change the shower heads. They are too low for my preference and they don’t have much output… although water pressure was more than enough from the sinks and kitchen.

Wonderful clean home!

This is the best house we have rented. Very clean, they have all the supplies you need and more! We had a cute basket of snacks and bottled water waiting for us. The only downfall is that it said there was a hot tub and there is not one there.

This property was far better than I ever expected! It was stocked fully with every kitchen appliance and necessity my family needed. The backyard was big and I enjoyed my morning coffee out on the patio everyday. Every room and bathroom was fully stocked and my family feel like we were home. If I could give 10 stars, I would.
