About this property

Newly Remodeled Bungalow One Bedroom One Bath

  • This charming apartment is the 2nd level of our historic home. It has a separate entrance. We are walking distance to the heart of downtown Boise with fine dining, breweries, arts and all that Boise has to offer. Out our back door are the Boise foothills for hiking or evening strolls for incredible views of Boise. Includes a private bedroom, spacious living room, separate kitchen and dining area. This entire space has been completely renovated, keeping its original charm and character.

    Relax in style in our newly remodeled upstairs apartment with incredible amenities like Queen size bed w/super comfy down filled mattress cover, spacious living room with a very comfortable couch, plenty of room to spread out and unwind. Half a mile walk in any direction and you are in the Boise foot hills for hiking or biking, the Boise river and gorgeous green belt paths, Boise State University or the heart of downtown Boise.

The lodging was in a perfect location to so many activities. And after long days walking, hiking, going to a festival at a park it was so nice to come back to relax on their comfy sectional. Great place for grad weekend

The downtown Boise location is ideal, and it’s still quiet and comfortable. The hosts were lovely and we really enjoyed the coffee, snacks and amenities provided. I would highly recommend the bungalow and hope to stay again in the future.

We enjoyed our time in Boise. Our stay was in the perfect location walking distance to both downtown and the North End. The apartment had lots of space to spread out and was very comfortable. Owners have done a great job updating their Craftsman. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location for BSU visit

We stayed at this lovely apartment over the Thanksgiving holiday with our BSU child. The location is a close walk to downtown. We ventured out everyday in every direction to have wonderful holiday memories at delicious coffee bars and restaurants. Valerie, the host was organized and neat. We so appreciate being able to stay there and have lovely memories.

What we were looking for

Clean, comfortable, quiet, and close to downtown. We wanted to explore Boise, and we did it mostly on foot. Only one outing required a car, and that could have been walked too. We would definitely stay here again. The snacks, coffee, and wine were a nice touch, too.

Boise is a Great City!!

Our stay at Franklin Place was ideal. The apartment is super clean and comfortable with many nice welcoming touches. The location and neighborhood allowed us to walk safely at night to the Morrison Center at Boise State and other evenings to dinner downtown. Access to the foothill hiking trails are right out the door and the mountain road to Bogus Basin is just a few minutes away. We will definitely book again when visiting Boise. Thank you for delightful three night stay.

A beautiful place to call home for a bit!

What a great home away from home! We came to Boise for the weekend and it was the perfect cozy home to come home to after all the walking and exploring we did in downtown Boise! Everything was super great! Full kitchen and living was nice! Super spacious. The one downside was no counter space in the bathroom. I just took the cutting board from the kitchen and placed it over the sink which worked for me. Other than that- great location and great apartment!!!
