Off River Street Cottage is a cozy stay for travelers to beautiful Boise area.

The kitchen has all the amenities for some fine home cooking or take the Pioneer walkway to a nice downtown Boise restaurant just a few blocks away. Walk across the footbridge into Ann Morrison Park. No parking issues with this vacation rental just blocks to the Boise Art Museum or Idaho Historical Museum. All these great attraction in walking distance. But if you are tired of walking, the cottage has a couple cruiser bikes ready to roll in any direction for fun.

We brought bikes and the park access was just around the corner - that was great. Cute little place and well stocked. Owner was easy to reach. Bed and linens comfy. Really the only complaint we had was no sofa, just a small loveseat, plenty of chairs.

This cottage was great for our stay in Boise. I picked it bc it was walking distance to Ann Morrison park where the balloon festival was happening. My only drawbacks were completely first world issues. I prefer a king bed and the shower was small. The cottage is within walking distance of a couple restaurants.

Awesome Location

This was our 2nd stay here. Can’t beat the location. 2 blocks from the river greenway, food cart pod with live music, as well as a large Saturday market. The cottage is both cozy and comfortable. Can’t wait until our next Boise trip to stay here again.

Boise cottage

Loved the cottage! Super location- right next to the river bike trail and brewery, and easy walk to downtown. Great neighbor with her super sweet dog made it feel very neighborhoody! Would highly recommend!

Great location

This place is very close to downtown and there is an awesome micro brewery right around the corner. It was very clean and Marty has supplied lots of extras including a large selection of coffee and creamers and a bottle of wine and chocolates. The only con was the odd layout of the rooms… but it is a very old building so that should be expected.

Delightful Surprise!

We were intrigued when we saw the location of the property. Great access to the paths along the river. A very short walk to food cart pod and just around the corner from a great brewery. The home was clean, well stocked and super organized. Will certainly stay here again.

Convenient home away from home

This was a terrific place to stay while I attended a professional conference at the Boise Centre. It was within a reasonable walking distance, but access to a bicycle and a bike-able city with trails really made it a breeze. The rental was comfortable and clean, and included everything I needed for a comfortable stay!

The bed was comfortable, tv was good and easy to sign in/out of my streaming services. Kitchen was well stocked and decor was pretty, but the sink was too small, it barely fit the pan I used to boil water for noodles. The shower was also ridiculously small, I could not turn around in it without bumping into the sides, and I could barely fit my arms up to wash my hair. The hot water also ran out after only a few minutes.

Great Location and Neighbors

The location is perfect walking distance and perfect location to see Boise. Olive the neighbor and her dog Elton were very nice and polite. Elton can sing which was incredible. Really added to the experience. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Great Location

Great rental, as advertised. Very nice location with the greenbelt close by. The cruisers were the highlight. Needed to make some minor repairs (loose seat) and clean the bikes (cobwebs) but the ride through Julia Davis Park along the Boise River was spectacular. Would recommend.

We came on a road trip for our 50th Anniversary. Everything was perfect from the wine and chocolates to the ease of getting around. The house was clean cosy and welcoming. It was easy walking to restaurants and venues. We enjoyed it immensely

Great Stay Overall

Overall, this was a great VRBO. We would definitely stay here again when visiting our son at BSU. The only issue we had was with check-in. Check-in time showed 3:00 in the app, and we showed up at 3:49 to the door unlocked and cleaning in progress. This wasn't a huge issue for us because we were able to go see our son at his place and hang out for a bit. Once we got in, everything was perfect! Clean, comfortable place wirh a great location and everything we needed!

Great Location

This property was everything we needed for our stay in Boise. It's a perfect size for a couple. It was a very convenient location to get to both the River walk and downtown. It was extra nice of the owner to leave us a bottle of wine and chocolates which were much appreciated after our flights. Boise and Idaho in general was very clean and felt safe. I don't know if we will every get back to Idaho again but if we do, I will definitely stay here.

Great Cabin at wonderful location

We loved our stay at the cabin. Check in was seamless and easy. The cabin was clean and we were welcomed with a bottle of wine and chocolates. It was great to have the bicycles available. We arrived on motorcycles, so bicycling around town was great. The cabins are just a short walk from the greenbelt and there is a taproom in walking distance. Also caught up on some Pacman (haven't played that game in 30+years) which was fun. The cabin shows a lot of attention and love to detail. Would highly recommend and would check whether it's available for our next stay. . .

1st Time in Idaho

This was a wonderful cottage in Boise, especially for a first timer to the area. Not only was it in a really great location, it provided all the basics and then some! The cottage was easy to get to, quiet and quite comfortable. Marty was exceptional! He went above and beyond in his duties: my husband left his phone behind and we were at the airport by the time we realized it. He not only found it, but mailed it to us! Can't thank you enough. This was an overall great experience.
