The pool is closed and this was not indicated when booking. The beds were comfortable and the bedding clean. AC worked great! Their "green policy" was to only to only "change linens" every 3 days, which I guess is helpful, but the garbage wasn't removed daily. The ice machine did not produce sufficient ice for guests needing it. The breakfast was OK, but not much variety...no protein available. Staff was friendly, but not really helpful. Things seemed outdated and not well cared for.

The hotel is a bit dated, but clean and most appliances worked fine. The mini-fridge was the smallest I've seen a hotel. The breakfast was somewhere between a continental and a real breakfast. The main item was waffles. The length of the breakfast was a bit restrictive: 6-8am. There was no oatmeal, meat or eggs. One attraction for me for this hotel was it offered breakfast, but there was little I normally eat and not much I wanted to.

Our stay at the Rodeway Inn in Nampa was unfortunately a mixed experience. While the staff we interacted with was pleasant, the property itself needs significant attention and maintenance. The hotel was extremely warm throughout the common areas, with windows left open to help cool it down. Thankfully, our room had its own air conditioner, or it would have been very uncomfortable. We were also disappointed that the pool wasn't available to use during our stay. The complimentary breakfast was only offered from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m., which felt like a very short window for guests trying to enjoy breakfast while traveling. We booked a non-smoking room, but the entire hotel smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The outside of the property also appeared run down and could really use some upkeep to make a better first impression. Inside our room, the toilet seat was broken and the toilet didn't flush properly. One bed was extremely soft and bouncy while the other was very hard, making it difficult to get a comfortable night's sleep. There was only one pillow per person and not enough towels provided for our stay. I understand that older hotels can be challenging to maintain, but addressing these maintenance issues and improving the amenities would make a big difference in the guest experience. I hope management invests in the property because it has the potential to be a much more comfortable place to stay.

I started off knowing that it wasn’t going to be cleanest of cleans because of the style of hotel. I’m fine with that. However, the pillow in the room was notably yellow. There was hair in the sheets. The bathroom heat light cover was broken and the fixtures were exposed and the dust would fall when the light was turned on. The staff were nice. The booking was easy. I’d stay again on a budget but definitely bringing my own blanket and pillow.

I didn't feel safe. Our door lock was loose. Stairwell was busy and load all night. Outdoor pool was open so anyone could walk in. Smoke free floor but smelled smoky. Our windows were open when we arrived and curtains were ripped. Room was clean but building old and smelled in halls.

Staff is great. However the hotel is very very ran down. Missing flooring. Bathroom was a wreck holes in the door, also door wouldn’t latch shut. The mini fridge also doesn’t stay closed. The room was clean tho and the bedding was clean. The kids had a good time. Random people staying in the parking lot.
