Welcome to The Sage & Stone Retreat, a modern, thoughtfully designed home with bold colors, an open layout, and upscale finishes. This 100% pet-free home is ideal for allergy-sensitive guests. The fully stocked kitchen makes dining in easy, while stylish details create a cozy yet elevated space. Take advantage of the Blackstone grill in the private backyard during summer months(Closed for the season). Centrally located, it offers convenient access to top attractions while providing a private, comfortable retreat. This sleek and modern home is designed with both comfort and style in mind. The open-concept layout flows effortlessly, creating a spacious and airy atmosphere. As you enter, you’re welcomed into a bright living room that connects seamlessly to the dining area and fully stocked kitchen.

The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, an ice maker, every cooking tool you could think of, and a full seasoning line up, offering everything you need for cooking. The living area features comfortable seating with a sectional, two chairs and a Smart TV.

The layout of the home includes three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, each designed for comfort. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, Smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom. The two guest bedrooms include a queen and full-size bed.

This home is 100% pet-free, making it a great option for guests with allergies or sensitivities. No pets have ever stayed in the home, helping ensure a cleaner, allergen-reduced environment.

This is the most amazing property! This is a return stay for us. It is immaculate, well appointed and tastefully decorated. There’s so much attention to detail given to the property. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a fabulous coffee bar. All of the products, furniture, and appliances are of utmost quality. The backyard is beautiful and there’s even a quiet office space. If we lived closer we would be taking weekend trips just to stay here! The host is fabulous and a great communicator! Book this property!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless and well cared for, with thoughtful touches like a fully stocked coffee bar that made us feel right at home. The host’s communication was excellent—quick, clear, and helpful every step of the way. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, yet conveniently located close to everything we needed. BEAUTIFUL!!

WOW – where do I start! Highly recommend this location – super clean, bright, conveniently located, amazing hosts, communication is spot-on, smelled great when we entered the townhouse. Decorated perfectly, the interior signs were gentle and friendly. Instructions from beginning to end were very clear. Beds were super comfy; all amenities were in place. This was a GREAT place to stay – we will be back for sure!!

This is a beautiful space. My 9-year-olds and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The pool being literally right across the street was lovely. There is so much space in the unit, and the a/c worked wonderfully! We did not have an issue staying cool in the hot August we stayed there. My only complaint is a doorknob to the main bathroom was broken and kept falling off, along with the upstairs bathroom toilet paper roll hanger. Unfortunately, the water and ice to the fridge wasn't working. There was a pitcher in the fridge that had a filter, but the water had a fishy smell to it, so we ended up using the water straight from the tap.

What a beautiful property! The house was spacious and inviting and kept in immaculate condition. The decorating is tasteful and modern and the layout perfect. Parking is wonderful as is the location. Returning for another trip! A must stay for someone considering the Boise area. The host is readily available for questions and communicates so well.
