    Useful for you to know:

    Our house comfortably sleeps 7 with 1 King size bed in the master bedroom, 1 queen size bed, and a triple twin bunk. There is a futon in the main living room if you need more space that can sleep 2. Additionally, remove the back cushions from the large sofa and you have yourself another super cozy spot for sleeping.

    - All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest.

    -Pack n' play w/ sheet available for use.

    The kitchen comes fully loaded with appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Fully equipped with glasses, mugs, dishes, cutlery, mixing bowls, pots, pans, cookie sheets, cutting board, measuring cups & teaspoons, and some basic serving and cooking utensils.

    -Dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and laundry detergent are available for your use.

    Guest access

    There is secure parking for one car in the double garage and you can comfortably park 4 cars outside the house in the driveway and off street.

    There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us.

    Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Great neighborhood stay

The neighborhood is quiet and perfect for relaxing each evening. We were traveling into the area for a swim meet and enjoyed the peace and quiet. Kitchen is well enough stocked to accommodate meal preparation. Overall, would stay here again.

Location was good, near shops and restaurants but in a quiet neighborhood. Great for dogs and a dog park just blocks away. Clean home and had what we needed. Nice big fire pit area in the back yard and wood provided. We were in Boise for a wedding and didn't explore the city as much as we would have liked on this quick trip.

Such a great stay- excellent location and great host! Everything was easy to get to. The house was clean and very comfortable for our family. We were visiting our son and had him to the house for dinner, then enjoyed a nice firepit with family and friends. Highly recommend!

We had a great time staying at this home. Had a great fenced in yard for my dogs, which they loved. The location was close to everything. Beds were comfortable and my niece loved the bunk beds! We would love to stay here again.

Great place in a nice location.

Great place for a family to stay in Boise, not to far from anything yet quiet. The bedrooms were really spacious, the place was clean, Neighbors were nice, and despite the extreme summer heat that was beating up the landsacaping the air conditioning kept the place remained cool. We had a great stay and will use it again if available.

Suburban Boise at its Best!

We broke our travel through the state with a short stay in this home. It was very well-appointed and spacious. The location, adjacent to Mariposa (butterfly/dog) Park and within a mile of stores, was super convenient and allowed us to rest and rejuvenate. Thanks for a 5 star stay!

Perfect location!

Very comfortable house for adults, kids and dogs. The backyard was a huge hit (had a play structure for the kids, fenced for our doggy family members). The property is nice. It is in a nice neighborhood, and it is close to pretty much anything you could need while enjoying your stay. This was our first time with this kind of rental. We loved how inviting the host and the home was. We enjoyed being able to treat it as our own, and just relax. My favorite was being able to use the firepit in the backyard...

Comfortable Home Close to Everything!

This home and location worked perfectly for our family as a staging point to move our son into his dorm at Boise State University the next day. It was nice to park our loaded car in the garage overnight and we enjoyed how comfortable the bedrooms and living room were to relax in at night. Special thanks to Kara for all of the advance information, which helped us have a great stay. I definitely recommend this property and hope to stay here again when we're down for college visits!

Very clean stay

The house is very clean, comfortable, and homey. The master bath with jet tub was amazing...I wish we had more time to enjoy it. The back yard is fully fenced, which was very important since we were taking our dog with us. I felt comfortable leaving him in the backyard unsupervised. The host was very friendly and gave very clear information for the house and checking in and all of those things.

Great Stay for Local Dog Show

This property was perfect for a small group of senior dog friends to stay together. A nice secure yard with seating for us to visit and our dogs to play. Indoor connected living, kitchen and dining space was nice. The 2 larger bedrooms were very nice for adults. The triple bunk in the small bedroom would be great for kids but was a bit inconvenient for a senior adult. Wonderful new large fridge and lots of pantry area for our groceries. Amazing quick communication with property owner. WiFi worked great.

Awesome kid house

This super cute and clean house was a huge hit for the kids! Us adults loved catching up out on the deck around the fire pit.The only thing that would make this better is some sort of green space for the dog. No dog? No problem! We would recommend this to anyone who has kids even without the green space.

Comfortable and restful

We stayed one night on our way from Portland to Denver. This was a great place to stop for the night - relatively close to the main highway, near stores and in a very quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and cozy and the set up was perfect for our group of 6 people and a pet. The beds were very comfortable! Our host was very prompt in communication and so helpful. We appreciated being able to get some good rest in this comfortable home. Our car battery died in the morning and one of the neighbors was so kind to help jump start the battery and also point us to the right auto shop - helpful people in this neighborhood. We definitely recommend this space - would stop again if in the area😊
