New house, on a plot of 1300 m2, planted with trees, very comfortable house with very neat completions ,, located in the heart of a wooded area, with pool area, dining area shaded by ancient oak trees. The house of 90 m2, includes: 1 entry, 1 kitchen, a large living-dining room, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom upstairs. 2 WC, 1 storeroom. Private parking.
This detached house, you will spend a pleasant stay in a very tourist area. Close to the sea from the mountain, with many local markets. Wine country, you can visit caves short a pleasant stay and very varied.

Sommerurlaub in den Cevennen

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Juli/August 2025 - herrliche Sommertage mit blauem Himmel und heißen Temperaturen. Die Unterkunft war für vier Personen optimal geeignet und vom Platz her großzügig. Die Terrasse mit Blick auf den Garten, den Pool und die umgebene Landschaft konnten wir jeden Morgen zum Frühstück und abends genießen. Ein zweiter Sitzplatz auf der Eingangsseite des Hause war zusätzlich verfügbar. Der Standort des Hauses ermöglicht Ausflüge in benachbarte Städte und in die Landschaft der Cevennen. Wandern, Mountainbiken sowie Kanutouren und Schwimmen in den Flüssen sind sehr gut machbar. Die Badestrände des Mittelmeers sind in gut einer Stunde erreichbar. Der Urlaub in Boisset-et-Gaujac bietet eine vielfältige Freizeitgestaltung.Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietern war äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und flexibel und mit geringen Französischkenntnissen problemlos.

Très bonnes vacances pour toute la famille

Couple marié, 3 enfants (6,10 et 12)...nous avons tous aimé la maison avec sa grande terrasse abritée et piscine (temp de l'eau toujours entre 26° et 29°). Nous avons passé une magnifique sejour! Le jardin et l'environnement sont trés jolis. L'accueil de la propriétaire était parfait. La maison est confortable et bien équipée. Le quartier est très calme. Commerces à proximité. (5 a 10min en voiture) Anduze (5 a 10min en voiture) Alès (10min en voiture) A visiter: Anduze Pont du gard Jardin bambouseraie Mont Aigoual Pont des abarines - se baigner dans Le Gardon de Mialet (eau très propre et chaud) etc... Très satisfaits! Nous reviendrons l'année prochaine pour une plus longue période.

Très bonnes vacances au calme

Belle maison très agréable avec sa grande terrasse abritée et sa piscine. Le quartier est très calme. Une voiture est nécessaire. La maison est confortable et bien équipée. Du carrelage au sol partout au rez de chaussée rend l'entretien facile. Il y a maintenant 2 canapés 2 places dans le séjour ce qui était suffisant pour nous. Enfin, l'accueil de la propriétaire était parfait.

Agréable maison, commerces à proximité. Points négatifs : Frigo dans la cuisine ne refroidit pas assez et dégageant une odeur désagréable à notre arrivée.Pas assez de fauteuils dans le salon. Propriétaire très gentille et à l'écoute. Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour.

Propriétaire très accueillante Maison propre et très bien équipée . quartier assez calme malgré tous les travaux en cours dans le voisinage qui certain matin nous ont assez ennuyer(mais rien a voir avec la location) commerce dans le bourg de Boisset a 5mn en voiture et Anduze a moins de 5km pas mal de Marchés locaux en semaine et weekend end . nous garderons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour a Boisset et Gaujac

Maison propre et facile d'entretien; équipée correctement. Idéalement située: quartier très calme et boulevard de commerces à 10KM. Marchés locaux assez proches. Propriétaire très accueillante et gentille. Seuls hics : Chambres très chaudes ; obligés de faire des courants d'air la nuit. 1 frigo de cuisine ne refroidissant pas comme il le faudrait. Mais nous gardons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour .
