Jolie petite dépendance - endroit calme
LES PLUS :
La propriétaire avec qui se déroule la réservation (Irem) est très disponible, et répond à toutes les questions avec rapidité et bienveillance.
Le lieu est conforme aux photos, il faut préciser qu'il s'agit d'une petite dépendance de la maison principale dans laquelle vivent les propriétaires.
L'espace extérieur barbecue se situe devant l'entrée et est assez étroit mais il y a bien 6 chaises pour les 6 personnes, donc on peut y manger à l'aise.
L'appartement est très propre et bien équipé, wifi inclus.
LES MOINS :
A l'arrivée en nous voyant on nous demande un chèque de caution or ce n'était pas précisé ni dans l'annonce, ni lors de mes échanges avec la propriétaire.
Des questions un peu indiscrètes par exemple si nous allions faire la fête (or aucune interdiction à ce sujet dans l'annonce et des baffles à disposition dans le logement donc a priori autorisée), si les autres personnes qui arrivaient étaient bien des filles aussi, et insistance sur le fait qu'on allait bien être le nombre déclaré...
CONCLUSION :
Jolie maison au calme, un peu petite mais joliment décorée et bien équipée, mais sentiment de défiance de la part des propriétaires sur place (et non de celle avec qui j'ai eu les échanges en amont Irem).
