"Amazing holiday. A couple of minuses which have been passed on...needs a new mattress..and no nice reclining garden chairs..nice new wooden ones not built for comfort. But the location was amazing."

"The location is great but a few details need attention. there was no hot water until we eventually found the on switch for the immersion heater. The WiFi details given in the email were completely wrong and the double bed duvet barely reached the edge of the mattress. We realised today taking the linen off that the duvet cover was too small for the duvet. Not ideal in November."

"Really nice upside down house to get the best of the sea views. Pub a very short walk and beaches close too. House has everything you need for a break and Porthleven is a nice town to visit and is close enough to other local places."

"The property is very homely and the best of locations. However the property needs a good clean both inside and out. The carpet in the dining room is dreadful, covered in nasty stains. The stair carpet is dirty too. Despite this we enjoyed our stay very much."

"Lovely property. Great location. Problem with heating and electricity on arrival but swiftly sorted out. Bedroom with bunk beds very small and need to be fairly nimble getting to the top bunk! Would recommend overall"

"Sweet little place. Not wrong about access to the kitchen...! But not a problem for a nimble 6'2" fella! It's in a very quiet location with good access to the town centre and harbour. Would highly recommend The Ship Inn, and Ann's Pasties, and The Catch for fish and chips "

"This beautiful cottage is a short walk from mousehole. It had everything you could possibly think of and more. Very clean very comfortable loved staying there. Stayed when we had a week of rain would be lovely in nice weather to enjoy the bbq and lovely garden and Stunning views of the sea"

"Nice spacious, airy and tastefully decorated room with all the necessary accessories and features. The service was excellent and friendly. The setting, with a beautiful view of Penzance and the harbour from the breakfast room, was particularly good. The swimming pool set in lovely semi-tropical gardens was a real joy to be in. My only gripes were: the shower, although providing ample hot water at more than adequate pressure, was nevertheless not easy to control the temperature of; the room TV - a large good quality Samsung - was not connected to an aerial so not terrestrial channels, and Prime Video did not allow logins to ones personal account. I am planning on staying there again 😊"
