" We had a wonderful 4-day stay at Sunseeker Resort for my birthday with my Family. The suites, rooms, and amenities were beautiful, but the view is breathtaking and the staff across the suites were attentive and welcoming. Special thanks to Oriana and David at Copper Cask for their amazing hospitality, Andy the bellman for being so kind and helpful you are the best, and Gabriela at the Adults Pool for her excellent service. They truly made our experience memorable. On the other hand, the pool manager’s someone nicknamed ”CUZ” his attitude was unprofessional—sarcastic and dismissive both with guests and staff. Several other guests mentioned similar concerns. At the main pool, a server named Krissy who we asked for help came across as unfriendly and rude. One area where the resort could improve is entertainment. Since there isn’t much to do in the surrounding area, guests spend most of their time on-site. It would be wonderful to see more daytime activities by the pools, and for the music and live entertainment to better reflect the diversity of guests. Many Spanish-speaking visitors stay at this resort, so offering a mix of English and Spanish music and events would make the atmosphere more inclusive and enjoyable. Overall, the resort is stunning, the view is breathtaking and the resort has so much potential. With small improvements in entertainment, it could easily become one of the top destinations In the area. "

"The Pink Shell was an amazing property. The staff were so helpful and fun! The villa we stayed in was so clean and had everything we needed and more. I didn't realize they had washer/dryers, dishwashers, stoves etc in them. I also loved the adult only pool. The family friendly pool stayed very active and we preferred to hang out with our drinks and relax. Fort Myers Beach is still in repair after the hurricane last year. That was the only thing that I could see that would make me give it 4 stars for the area around the property. Lots of construction. But, it still was nice around the resort and loved having the bikes available as well. We will definitely come back. "

"All the staff friendly and wonderful. Makes you feel like home away from home. The property and beach area in front of the pyramid very clean and excellent. Have amenities like chairs, umbrellas and floaties for the beach. Highly recommend. We're planning to go back and stay more days. "
