This was my 7th stay at Puerto del Sol. My wife and I bring her Filipino family of 12 for 2 days and my wife and I stay an extra day after. I also brought my cousin from the USA. The rooms were never serviced. No toilet paper, roof was missing from wind. No drying rack for bathing suits. Only breakfast buffet included instead of both breakfast and dinner as it used to be. Prices were higher with little to no service. Bartender added drinks to out bill that none of us drink. The outside was never cleaned while we were there. Cigarette butts all over. Outside table was never cleaned for us. It was just an absolute disappointment. On a positive note that justifies a 2 star rating, the employees were alway kind especially the restaurant staff. I will never take my family there again. It was very disappointing

-No internet in room. -American breakfast is disappointing. -The keys in the room needed some improvement from manual key with a BULKY key chain to a card key. There are tines it’s difficult to lock/unlock. -Staff who helps us unload our stuff ask for tip they didn’t wait for us to give, when we check-put he even gave his GCaah # to send the tips.

Even there's negative review i read i still continue my visit. They rectified the issued about long hours of waiting for food orders. The places was awesome. I rented 3 rooms i hope next time they check everything one toilet was not working properly.. goodthing the room have two washroom.

The staff are wonderful people. The property is clean. Problems are in summary, not facilitated to families. Children's playgrounds is a disaster, not safe. No facilities at beach front. Very restricted to time lines. Food is absolutely terrible and very expensive. The resort provides coffe at rooms, but no kettles. How does one make coffee? It's certainly not a family oriented resort. Would not recommend. As an architect, and traveler will never recommend or visit this resort again. There are many Phillipines resorts nearby with family orientation facilities.

Pros: Great ambiance, beautiful sunset. Cons: The beach is rocky. You will be charged if you bring your own food. NO wifi inside the rooms. Instead of a kettle or coffee maker in the room, you will have to ask a staff for hot water. My mom had diarrhea from the food/water from a room service. The rooms don’t feel cozy. The mattresses are about 4 to 5 inches thick. The bathroom cleanliness is about 5/10, with lots of calcium and soap scum on the hardwares. Most of all, the atmosphere is NOT welcoming. It feels like you’re getting into a military camp. Everyone is so uptight and not happy looking.

Schönes Resort, viele Sachen könnten besser sein.

Ist ein sehr schönes Resort mit zwei grossen sauberen Pools. Zimmer sind gut. Frühstück war mittelmässig und Service sehr langsam, obwohl es nur sehr wenig Gäste hatte. Massage sehr gut und Preiswert, aber im Zimmer. Da es im SPA Raum keine Klimaanlage gibt. Auch viele andere Sachen könnten einiges besser sein, statt immer nur Neue Zimmer bauen, sollten Badezimmer repariert werden. Spielplatz für Kinder eine Stange von Schaukel gebrochen, gefährlich für Kinder. Unterhaltungsraum fast alles defekt, Air Hockey ohne Air usw. Der Garten und die Pools sind sehr gepflegt. Strand OK zum laufen oder für Kinder im Sand spielen. Schwimmen leider meistens unmöglich zu wenig tief.
