Each unit features a balcony or terrace with access to the garden. Some offer ocean views; others have a wood-burning stove. Living areas range from approximately 30 square metres to 91 square metres. Built in the traditional seaside resort architectural style, the Strandvilla Deutsches Haus is virtually perfect for a relaxing holiday and also offers our guests travelling with dogs high-quality, well-equipped apartments. An outdoor parking space is reserved for your car right next to the building. Linen packages including bed linens and towels can be booked upon request for a fee. You’ll be staying within walking distance of Boltenhagen’s town centre.

A very comfortable ground-floor apartment with a terrace and a spacious living area of approx. 91 square metres. It can accommodate up to 4 people. The living and dining area is fully furnished to a high standard and includes a sofa set, dining table, TV, and radio with CD player. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The open-concept kitchen-living area features: a ceramic-top stove, oven, range hood, refrigerator with built-in freezer, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, etc. From the living room, you can access the seasonally furnished, covered terrace facing northeast.
Two separate bedrooms ensure restful nights—one with a double bed and TV, and another with two single beds pushed together. You can store your holiday clothes in the large closet. The holiday rental features a walk-in shower with a sink and toilet.
You can park your car for free in the apartment’s own outdoor parking space. Dogs are allowed in this non-smoking apartment.
