Your vacation rental No. 1 at Hanse Hof is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 2 people and one toddler.

The approximately 43 m² 2-room apartment with a terrace is located on the first floor. It features a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The beach is just 60 m away.

In the living room, a flat-screen TV with a built-in radio provides entertainment. Directly from the living room, you can step out onto the furnished terrace facing southeast, which features a beach chair.

In the bedroom, you’ll find a double bed (2 x 80 x 200 cm) as well as a large closet with plenty of space for your vacation wardrobe.

The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, and a dishwasher. The dining area is located right next to the kitchenette.

The floors throughout the apartment are tiled. Pleated blinds on the windows provide privacy. This is a non-smoking apartment where pets are not allowed.

The Hanse Hof vacation complex, located directly on the Mittelpromenade, has an elevator. A washing machine and dryer in the common area can be used for a fee. The underground parking spaces (clearance height 2.00 m) are located inside the building.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (without making the beds).

The Hanse Hof vacation complex is located right in the town center and directly on Boltenhagen’s Mittelpromenade. The beautiful Baltic Sea beach is just 60 meters away.

On the first floor, you’ll find small shops and a café.

Pets are welcome in some apartments.

Wi-Fi is available in some apartments (subject to change).

One parking space in the underground garage is available for each apartment. Max. height: 1.95 m.

Vacation apartments at the Hanse Hof resort

The three-story Hanse Hof apartment building is located in the center of Boltenhagen, about 60 m from the beach. The 18 two-room apartments, each featuring a bedroom and a kitchenette integrated into the living room, are perfect for two to three people looking to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Of course, each apartment has its own terrace or balcony.

From the underground parking garage, both a stairwell and an elevator (cabin size 90x138 cm) provide access to all floors. In addition to the parking space assigned to your apartment, you’ll also find a room for your bicycles in the underground parking garage.

Coin-operated washers and dryers (for a fee) are available in the common area.
