The modern two-room apartment is accessible by elevator from the underground parking garage. The living room and bedroom feature designer flooring (ship's deck pattern). The separate kitchen, bathroom, and hallway are tiled. The apartment has two furnished balconies with views facing northeast (Baltic Sea) and southeast.
