Sehr schöne saubere Wohnung. Leider ist der Parkplatz (Stellplatz 18) sehr klein. Dieser ist nur für Kleinwagen geeignet. Der Parkplatz liegt in einer Tiefgarage. Alle anderen Parkplätze in der Garage sind zwar auch etwas kleiner, sind aber auch für größere Fahrzeuge geeignet.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen,zum Zentrum nur 10 Minuten und zum Strand 100 meter.Ausstattung auch gut ,es fehlen nur Kleinigkeiten wie Butterdose und Milchkännchen.Auch 2 Liegen wären schön.Der Garagenstellplatz ist eine Zumutung da viel zu eng.Wir musten über den Beifahrersitz rauskriechen.Ein Mittelklassewagen oder SUV kann dort gar nicht erst hineinfahren!Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und die Terasse Überdacht so daß man dort auch sitzen kann wenn es mal regnet.Wir kommen gerne wieder. mfG Familie Zelt

Der zur Wohnung gehörende Einstellplatz für den PKW ist eine Zumutung. Da ohnehin sehr eng befinden sich noch Abflussrohre in Höhe der Stoßstange die vor der Wand verlaufen und geradezu einladen, das Auto zu zerkratzen. Andere Einstellplätze sind dagegen großzügig bemessen.
