Holiday Rental 08-4 in the Papillon holiday complex is a 2-room apartment that accommodates up to 4 people.

This light-filled apartment with a south-west-facing terrace is located on the ground floor of Building 8. Spanning 55 m², the Mediterranean-style apartment features a living and dining area, a bedroom, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. The beach is only about 250 m from the Papillon holiday village.

In the entryway, you’ll find a modern coat rack with plenty of hooks at various heights, a mirror, a seating area, and a closet.

From the living area, you have direct access to the terrace, which features a beach chair and other furniture. The living room features a high-quality, easy-to-extend sleeper sofa (160 x 200 cm) that can accommodate two people, as well as a bright dining area.
For entertainment, you’ll find a large Ambilight flat-screen TV (43"), a radio/CD player with an USB port, and a selection of games and books.

The built-in kitchenette is fully equipped with a modern wall-mounted oven with an integrated microwave, a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. In addition to plenty of dishes, the cabinets offer space for your personal belongings.

In the bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm). A spacious closet provides ample storage space for your belongings. In addition to curtains that can be drawn to darken the apartment, the bedroom features a permanently installed fly screen.

The apartment is fitted with high-quality, odor-free designer flooring throughout, except for the bathroom. The tiled bathroom, which receives natural light, is equipped with a hair dryer, a rack for large towels, and plenty of hooks.

A handcart for young guests is also available (subject to availability). Bicycles can be parked in the bike rack next to the building. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

In Building 8, coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available to our guests in the basement. Outdoor parking spaces are located right next to the building. The complex includes a small playground.

Booking Information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (unmade). One parking space is available for this holiday rental. You can park additional vehicles in the public paid car parks in town.

The Papillon holiday village, quietly yet centrally located on the outskirts of Boltenhagen, invites you to enjoy a comfortable holiday. The beach is about 250 m away.

Children are welcome in this park-like complex. Your little ones will enjoy digging in the sandpit, swinging high in the air, or bouncing on the seesaw with (new) playmates.

Dogs are allowed in some apartments. Most of the apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi. Each house has one free parking space for your car right next to the house.

Eighteen houses, each with 8 apartments, await you at the Papillon holiday resort. On the ground floor are 2-room apartments with terraces. An outdoor staircase leads to the ground floor, where you’ll find the 4-room apartments, which span two floors. Of course, each of these apartments has a balcony.
Each apartment has its own exterior entrance. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in all buildings. Some apartments offer a bike parking space or a bike storage room.
