Holiday Rental 18-6 in the Papillon holiday complex is a 4-room apartment that sleeps up to 6 people.

Your holiday apartment, “Kairos,” a 4-room apartment, is decorated in warm colours. It is located on the 1st floor of Building 18 and has 68 m² of living space spread across two floors: living and dining area, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, and three bedrooms. The balcony faces southeast. The beach is about 250 metres away.

From the furnished, sunny balcony, you’ll enjoy a sweeping view, as the house is located on the edge of the resort. Your cosy, equally sunny living room is furnished with a dining table for 6 people and a comfortable upholstered seating area. For your enjoyment, there’s also a flat-screen TV, Blu-ray player, stereo system, games, DVDs, and—for bookworms—a selection of books.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a stove with a ceramic cooktop and oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a toaster. So nothing stands in the way of preparing culinary delights. The entryway, living room, and kitchen area feature designer flooring.

On the lower level, there is a bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. An internal staircase leads to the two upper bedrooms, each with a double bed (2 x 80 x 200 cm and 2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. The rooms provide a quiet retreat for rest and relaxation, even during the day. All bedrooms have carpeted floors. The windows can be darkened with roller shades.

The shower room has two sinks with vanity cabinets; the toilet is separate.

Free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available in House 18. Bicycles can be parked in the bike rack next to the house. Smoking is permitted only on the balcony. Pets are not allowed.

Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in the basement. Your apartment is assigned a parking space in the immediate vicinity of the house. The complex includes a small playground.

Booking Information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them for a fee (unmade). One parking space is available for this holiday rental. Additional vehicles can be parked in the public, paid car parks in town.

The Papillon holiday village, located in a quiet yet central spot on the outskirts of Boltenhagen, invites you to enjoy a cosy holiday. The beach is about 250 m away.

Children are warmly welcome in this park-like complex. Your little ones will enjoy digging in the sandpit, swinging high into the air, or bouncing on the seesaw with (new) playmates.

Dogs are allowed in some apartments. Most of the apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi. Each house has a free parking space for your car right next to the house.

Eighteen houses, each with 8 apartments, await you at the Papillon holiday complex. On the ground floor are 2-room apartments with terraces. An outdoor staircase leads to the ground floor, where you’ll find the 4-room apartments, which span two floors. Of course, each of these apartments has a balcony.
Each apartment has its own exterior entrance. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in all buildings. Some apartments offer a bike parking space or a bike storage room.
