The 57 m² accessible 2-room apartment, booa1-01, is located at the Upstalsboom Aparthotel Ostseeallee in Boltenhagen and can accommodate up to 4 people. Of particular note is the spacious, sun-drenched terrace facing southwest; where you can enjoy the refreshing seaside climate and the sun all day long, well into the evening. The apartment is wheelchair-accessible.

The Location
This exclusive, light-filled apartment is located on the ground floor of Building 1, facing southwest. The Baltic Sea is practically right outside your door—just 200 metres away, you’ll find Boltenhagen’s fine-sand beach, stretching for kilometres. The pier and the spa gardens are just a few minutes’ walk away. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find shopping, restaurants, and cafés, as well as numerous recreational activities and places to visit. Hiking and biking trails, a climbing park, wellness and fitness facilities, and a variety of events—such as the popular Pier Festival—guarantee an exciting holiday for the whole family.


Amenities This bright and modern non-smoking apartment features underfloor heating, floor-to-ceiling windows with triple glazing, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, oven, and microwave, as well as a dining area. The living area features a double sofa bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and a large flat-screen TV with a Blu-ray player. The separate bedroom is furnished with a modern box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a flat-screen TV. A cot can be provided for a fee, and you can request a high chair upon request. The stylish bathroom features a walk-in shower, a vanity with a hair dryer, a makeup mirror, and a heated towel rack. The apartment has a hallway with a coat closet. After a relaxing day on holiday, you can unwind on the sunny terrace, which is furnished with patio furniture and a parasol. The terrace is accessible from the living room.

The apartment has an assigned underground parking space, which is available to you free of charge. You can reach the underground garage (entrance height of 1.85 m) via the lift through a direct entrance beneath the building.
