The "Aal" holiday apartment in the Scholle holiday home is a 2-room holiday apartment on the 2nd floor that sleeps up to 4 people.

The 70 m² two-room holiday apartment is located on the second floor of the Scholle holiday home and features a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, a balcony facing the lake, and a south-facing balcony. Boltenhagen’s fine sandy beach is just 10 metres away, and the beach promenade runs right in front of the holiday home.

The tasteful decor creates a cosy atmosphere in the living room. Floor-to-ceiling windows give you a spacious living experience. A comfortable fold-out sleeper sofa (180 x 200 cm) sleeps two people. Of course, a flat-screen TV is provided. Curtains are available for blackout. From the living room, you can step out onto the balcony, which faces the lake.

The hallway leads to the bedroom. A comfortable double bed (2 x 80 x 200 cm) promises a restful night’s sleep. There’s plenty of space for your holiday wardrobe in the spacious closet. A second TV is also available. Of course, the windows can be darkened with pleated blinds.

You can access the modern kitchen directly from the hallway. Here you’ll find everything you need to prepare meals, including a microwave, a stove with four ceramic burners and an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and plenty of dishes and glasses. The cosy dining area offers plenty of space and comfort for culinary delights. You can enjoy the sunset on the south-facing balcony. The balcony is accessible from the kitchen, where you can use the electric grill (tabletop grill).

The stylish bathroom features light-colored tile flooring and is equipped with a sink, a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a towel warmer. There is also a guest bathroom.

The floor in the holiday rental is covered with designer flooring. Underfloor heating provides cosy warmth.

Dogs are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment. A free parking space is available for your car. Parking space No. 6 in the underground garage belongs to the apartment. The entrance to the underground garage is located in front of the building and has a clearance height of 1.95 m. Bicycles can be parked in the underground garage. A charging station for electric vehicles is also available. Use costs 20.00 euros per day (as needed).

Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available free of charge.

Each apartment has two balconies—one facing the lake and one facing south.

A fully equipped kitchen is standard. Kitchen amenities include, for example, a stove with an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher.

The building is very well equipped with Wi-Fi, an lift, and free parking spaces in the underground garage or outdoor car park. There is also a charging station for electric vehicles. Use of the station costs 20.00 euros per day (as needed).
