Penthouse No. 11 in Building 1 of the White Villas is a stylishly furnished 3-roomvacation apartment on the 3rd floor and, with approximately 100 m², offers plenty of space for up to 6 people.

The modern apartment features a spacious living area with an open kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. A special highlight are the two rooftop terraces, which invite you to relax and unwind. High-quality vinyl flooring has been installed in the living areas, while the bathrooms are tiled. The fine-sand beach is only about 200 metres away.

The bright living area invites you to feel right at home with its cosy atmosphere. Large windows create an open and light-filled living space. The furnishings include a comfortable sofa, a cosy armchair, a flat-screen TV, and a PlayStation. From here, you can access the spacious, southwest-facing rooftop terrace. You can access a second, smaller rooftop terrace directly from one of the bedrooms.

The modern kitchen, integrated into the living area, is fully equipped and offers everything you need to prepare your meals. This includes a ceramic cooktop with four cooking zones, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and plenty of dishes, silverware, and glasses.

The first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable box-spring bed (180 × 200 cm). A spacious closet provides ample storage for your holiday wardrobe.

The second bedroom also features a double bed (180 × 200 cm) and a closet. Both bedrooms can be comfortably darkened with pleated blinds, ensuring restful nights.

The modern bathrooms are equipped with a sink, a walk-in shower, and a toilet. For those special moments of relaxation, the built-in infrared sauna is available to you free of charge.

Underfloor heating provides pleasant warmth and added comfort in all rooms. Wi-Fi is available free of charge (subject to availability).

This holiday rental is a non-smoking unit. Pets are not allowed. One free outdoor parking space (No. 11) is available for your vehicle directly in front of the house. Bicycles can be stored in the lockable bike shed.

As a courtesy, you’ll find two made-up beds in the bedroom for two people upon arrival at the Weiße Villen.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Additional bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (without bedding).

The cosy and modern 2- to 4-room apartments can accommodate up to 6 people—ideal for families with children. By combining two apartments (via a connecting door), you can even create a 6-room holiday apartment for up to 7 people. Pets are not allowed. As a special service, you’ll find two made-up beds waiting for you in the bedroom at the Weiße Villen. All apartments feature Wi-Fi and a terrace or balcony.
