"The staff is the reason this review is as high as it is. The mattress has been one of the worst we’ve had in our travels. If it was newer this would be a nine or a ten. They can’t help the neighborhood. Graffiti, trash. I did feel secure in the room. "

"Beautiful flat and well appointed with everything you'd need to cook and hang out. A couple of good restaurants down the street and a small grocery store right across the street. The flat was about a 10 minute walk to Milano Centrale and the tram line which was very convenient for getting around Milan or for day trips to Lake Como and Venice, which we did. "We booked a double room & private bathroom, toiletries, laundry , air conditioning & coffee making facilities. We had to share a bathroom with 2 other apartments , a sofa bed vs a double bed & there were no toiletries & actually no toilet roll, a fan & no air conditioning & no laundry facilities .we also had an issue checking in , initially they had no record of our booking & told us it had been through Expedia ?? We tried to escalate to Hotels.com but they don’t read the emails properly ! "

"What a delightful place. It was large, clean, near the main piazza of the citta' Alta and couldn't be nicer. I was really happy with everything there. It was a relaxing, pleasant stay in a gorgeous town."

"So many supurb spots to eat in such a short distance of the property. Close to the train station. Apartment is in a quiet and beautiful courtyard and on a street without traffic so its inner city quiet and peaceful and has an adorable little balcony and a laundry washing machine. Our hosts were sweet and informative. The floors were adorable and i would stay here again!"

"This place is very beautiful! The kitchen sink faucet was loose, maybe even broken. The bathroom floor had hair left on it. I couldn’t use the balcony because of a bad cat allergy and two cats that would jump over the rails whenever we tried to go out. They were cute, not aggressive, just curious."

"Instructions for exact location were ambiguous. We arrived looking for the exact address and it took a few minutes to find the right door. There are several businesses at the same address and so there was some cony. This could have been pointed out to avoid such an issue . The apartment was large, spacious and clean. The heating system was not able to be controlled so the entire two days, we were too warm and so uncomfortable. For the washed clothes, it was advantageous. The tv did not work...

"Property is super close to the Milan Linate airport. Real clean. Staff speaks pretty good English. A little spendy, but the convenience is great. There is plenty of protected parking. Easy in and out. The rooms are nice. The breakfast not extravagant, but is very good. There is a small fitness center on premises. We were renting motorcycles at nearby HP Motorrad - so it’s perfect for that. The neighborhood is not great and it’s far from downtown (8KM and about 25 min in a taxi), but perfect near this airport and the moto shop. "

"About 10 min walking from Milan Centrale (central train station), the property is beautiful, clean, and modern. I was happy coming here after sleeping on sofas and old houses visiting friends in the region! The rooms are quite small and the bed is a twin bed - but that’s a city hotel for you. No hair conditioner in case you need it. Overall, great for the value. "
