    Indian Brook Lodge is made for bringing everyone together — with room to spread out when you want it. Six bedrooms, four baths and 11 beds sleep up to 18, with a Tomahawk bar, pool table and a private family suite with its own kitchen. Outside: a six-person hot tub, a fire pit, Adirondack views and a dock slip for boats up to 24 feet.

    THE SPACE

    The brook is real — Indian Brook cuts through the property on its way to the lake, and you can hear it from the deck.

    • 6 bedrooms, 11 beds, 4 baths, including a king primary suite
    • Separate in-law suite with its own kitchen and entrance
    • Game room: Ms. Pac-Man, NBA Jam, pool table, darts
    • 6-person hot tub on the porch, open year-round, facing the lake

    GUEST ACCESS
    The whole house, deck, fire pit and hot tub. A couple of owner closets stay locked.

    OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
    Check-in 4 pm, checkout 10 am. After booking we send a short rental agreement to sign, then arrival details on the day. The primary guest must be 25 or older. Undisclosed pets are charged $250 each. Cancellations carry a non-refundable card-processing fee. Concierge services and WOW experiences — private chef, boat rental, mobile sauna, a s’mores bar — are available on request. Luxury Lake George manages seven homes in Bolton Landing if your group outgrows this one.

Family retreat

From the minute you walk in you feel welcome. The glow of the lights, welcoming smell and all around beautiful vide guide you right in! The creek kept our little ones AND big ones busy exploring. We were close to town but far enough away. We used the dock for a boat AND fished from it. We really found something for everyone… hot tub, pool table, exploration, fishing, boating. It was perfect. Our needs were met promptly. It is a great Choice!

Amazing stay!

Was an amazing stay! Everything was pristine and the house was beautiful! Location was perfect with a beautiful view of the lake. Everything was luxurious! Communication with the host was excellent and very attentive to us! Will stay again!

Amazing Stay.

We had an amazing stay at Indian brook lodge with three families, six adults and seven kids all gathered together to enjoy the beautiful fall foliage in the Adirondacks. The house perched high in the pines, provided the perfect backdrop for our autumn vacation. The gourmet kitchen and bbq grill made cooking all our meals easy, and the extra family suite was ideal for the kids, giving them space to play and relax.The place was clean and exactly as described. we highly recommend Indian brook lodge for anyone looking to get away!

The Perfect Home for Our Mother-Daughter Trip!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was perfect for our mother-daughter getaway. It was so clean, cozy, and comfortable. There was plenty of space for everyone, and it had such a warm, welcoming feel that made it easy to relax and enjoy our time together. The hosts were incredible! They stayed in touch before our trip, offered to helped us plan a few fun experiences, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. You can really tell they care about their guests. We made so many special memories here and would come back in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommend this home! ❤️

Amazing stay at Indian Brook Lodge house.

We had last minute family vacation planned at lake George and we book the property one week before. The host was extremely helpful with booking and answering all my questions very quickly. The house was extremely beautiful and we had amazing stay. What you see in the pictures of the property, is what you get and much more than pictures. Everything was spotless and clean. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you will need to cook for big family. Hot tube and game room was great. All the beds were comfortable. The property location is very private and still close to the town. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for great family vacation. Thank you

Beautiful Home & View

Our recent stay at Indian Brook Lodge was wonderful! We were a group of 8 celebrating our annual "Cousins Weekend". It was the perfect home to reconnect with family. The home was both spacious and well-appointed however, it still felt cozy given all the smaller spaces to sit and chat! The kitchen was well equipped and the outdoor BBQ was perfect for a large home cooked meal! We especially enjoyed the deck with the magnificent views of Lake George!!! Also, the hot tub was enjoyed by all! I am a former Director of Sales & Marketing at various hotels in NYC and I tend to be extremely particular when it comes to staying in homes vs hotels. I can not think of one single thing that this home is lacking! I would highly recommend Indian Brook Lodge, you will not be disappointed! Lastly, there are many activities to partake in the area, a highlight was Revolution Rails in North Creek....a very invigorating ride and to reward ourselves a drink at the Sagamore afterwards!

Everything about Indian Lodge on Lake George was wonderful! Our family of 14 (all ages) was comfortable, plenty of space and game room was a hit! For our first time at Lake George, we clearly will be returning! Best vacay!

Indian Brook Lodge is a beautiful setting for large family gatherings. Rooms are beautifully appointed, kitchen is beyond ready for anything you planned to make. The family room is an amazing gathering space with gas fireplace. large TV and games. They have thought just about everything to make your stay wonderful. Looking forward to our next visit!!!!

Beautiful House with lovely views!

Upon entering, the atmosphere was top notch. Our family had a great stay! It was just a short drive to downtown Bolton Landing shops/restaurants, which was nice. Loved having the creek running through the backyard which could be heard from the decks and our windows at night (if they were open). Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Gem for a large group

Great house that comfortable fits 16 people. the house is on a wonderful piece of land with a river and watering hole as well. the game room is very well stocked and has a screened in porch with a hot tub. Wonderful place to host family or friends for a lake George vacation. Besides that the house is not really walkable to the lake. the house sits on a hill and to get to the lake you need to drive down the road. The lake access is also public but it was very quiet at the time we went. Overall very amazing house in a beautiful area.
