  • Originally built as an Ice House during the prohibition, this unique home is one of very few that actually sits over the water. Due to its proximity to the lake, this home boasts unbeatable views of the widest part of Lake George at the base of Northwest Bay. Some of the best views can be seen from the cozy second floor family room, perfect for indoor games, reading and relaxing. The master bedroom also features its own private balcony. The home is equipped with a U-shaped private dock, an expansive lakeside deck, geothermal air conditioning / heating, as well as a propane BBQ grill, WiFi, dish washer and washer / dryer. There is plenty of room for parking with an attached garage and separate carport. This house is conveniently located within walking distance of the quaint town of Bolton and under 2 miles away from Sagamore Golf Club. The town offers restaurants, shops, public parks and beaches. Also available during the winter season, the house is about 40 minutes from Gore Mountain Ski Resort.
