South Farm cottage was perfect!

An incredible view of the Lake George and the Adirondack mountains. The home was clean, quiet and comfortable with excellent communication from the host. We would highly recommend staying at South Farm for anyone wanting to enjoy the beauty of the Adirondacks.

The location is close to Bolton Landing and Lake George but remote enough to give you the quiet that a great vacation requires. Amenities were great and the view could not be beat! We plan on coming back.

Perfect weekend getaway

Perfect stay for a long weekend with kiddos and pups to recharge. Everything you need is here and located right off main road but tucked up on hill away from traffic. Quiet and close to quaint local towns. Bedrooms were nice size and well appointed. Layout of living space was perfect for hanging out with family. Host was very responsive. Would stay here again.

Beautifully Secluded, Yet Close to Everything!

This was our first time visiting Lake George, and we absolutely loved it! The home was spotless, with breathtaking views all around. It had a wonderfully secluded feel, giving us plenty of privacy, yet it was conveniently located right off a main road, so it was easy to find and access. The landscaping was stunning and well-maintained, making the outdoor space just as enjoyable as the inside. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful and picturesque retreat!

Beautiful View

My husband and I spent two nights in Bolton Landing. Even with rain, the view from this home is lovely. Several good restaurants close by which we loved. We also took a one hour boat cruise to see more from the water which we enjoyed. The welcome wine, snacks, toiletries, really show the hosts’ commitment to their place and were appreciated and enjoyed by their guests! Thank you! Loved staying here.

Bolton Landing

This property was wonderful — spacious, nice and comfortable with great views of the lake. Location is just a few minutes off the hill into town. Anna was super responsive to my questions and the entire process of check in and out was a breeze. It rained for much of my visit, but for nice days, the outdoor space — both on the deck and Adirondack chairs around a small pond, are super pleasant and relaxing. I hope to stay here again next summer!

Spectacular Peaceful Paradise

The property has gorgeous views of the lake. The pictures don’t do it justice. It is so peaceful to sit on the deck and enjoy coffee in the morning or star gazing at night. There is a great fire pit. There is room for corn hole on the lawn. Plenty of parking. We brought our boat and the house is only about 3 minutes to all Bolton marinas. The host Anna went out of her way to be sure our visit was perfect. The only negative was a week is not long enough. We will definitely be back.

Delightful Haven with Outstanding Lake View

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It was larger and even more comfortable than we expected from looking at the pictures of the home. The hosts had provided some welcome gifts (bottle of wine and snacks) which we really appreciated. We needed to do laundry right after we arrived and had a problem with the washing machine. Our host was very responsive and fixed the problem right away. We had one other question for her during our stay, and she responded quickly to our text. We would definitely stay there again if we return to Lake George.

Beautiful views in a spacious Bolton

Our family enjoyed five days at this Bolton property and very much enjoyed it. There was an abundance of room for my husband and I and our three children to spread out. We enjoyed the gorgeous views of Lake George while both inside the home and from the deck. The home was equipped with most everything we needed to cook breakfast in the mornings. The washing machine and detergents were also helpful as we washed our clothes and towels daily after our rigorous outdoor activities. When we first arrived, there was an unfortunate power outage in the area due to a storm that came through town and we were without water and air conditioning for one evening. Anna made sure to keep in touch with us via text and relayed any updates. The location was close to town-great shops, beaches and restaurants a short car drive away. We appreciated the quiet location of the home-away from the hub of the town of Lake George which is very congested. Thank you for opening up your home to us. It was a wonderful five days.
