"This is one of the most amazing houses I have ever stayed in on vacation. The owners make sure everything was taken care of for us. The views from this home are the best on the island. You have a large pool in front of house that was fabulous. The caregiver did our grocery shopping for us so when we got in there we had food. "First time to Belize. It was my and my fathers birthday. Even though we had never made the trip to Ambergris Caye, the property managers did an amazing job making it incredibly smooth. "This is a great place to stay if you are looking for solitude. The condos are absolutely gorgeous, modern, and spacious. There was a beautiful view of the ocean from the living room couch. The staff was super responsive and customer friendly.The only thing is this is the northern part of the island and it is not that developed yet. So there is not a lot of things you can walk to. However, they do have a boat shuttle that is an 8 minute ride to the other part of the island that has much more to do. "

"The Hibiscus House Villa was perfect for our large family. Beautiful beach front property with stand up paddle boards and kayaks readily available. The hosts and on site property managers were amazing and helped us with any questions. Johnny was available at any time to take us on the boat for an ocean adventure and was so helpful especially with making it an amazing trip for the kids! It was a fantastic family vacation that we will always remember!"

"This is a very spacious and comfortable home with great amenities! Check-in was in person and very informative. Wi-Fi was easy and reliable! Any time we needed anything, we knew we could easily get ahold of the owner and the wonderful caretakers. We highly recommend this property for your next vacation to Belize!"

"The house is amazing! We absolutely loved it. It's a bit off the beaten path and requires a 25 min drive on a golf-cart to get to, but that's what we love. The pool was great and the kids spent all 3 days in it constantly. The rooms were very nice. Everyone loved their beds. "

"Joan and her family were very pleasant hosts. They provided great info and recommendations to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Although there was an issue with the refrigerator, Joan did have some cute decorations and treated us for breakfast for our anniversary which is super sweet. Ice was provided for the duration of the stay in place of the refrigerator not working. They did their best to accommodate us and we are super appreciative. The outdoor was beautiful and secluded unfortunately this time of the year the mosquitos were unbearable and we could not enjoy hanging out by the pool and getting massages but the water like I planned. We purchased repellent as advised but that didn’t seem to work at all. This is outside of the hosts control but I wanted to make note of it in case someone decided to book this time of the year. I have already recommended this location to our friends during peak season! "
