"Nice camp and an amazing location. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, however there were some cleaning issues that should be addressed. The kitchen cabinets were very dirty, and the cutlery tray was dirty and moldy, which could potentially become a health issue. The plates also felt oily and did not appear to be cleaned properly. Even if this was caused by previous guests, the staff should check everything and ensure the cabin is properly cleaned and ready for the next guests. Only one bed in the master bedroom was made before our arrival. The bedsheets in the kids’ room did not seem properly cleaned and had stains, and the wooden parts of the bed were covered with a thick layer of dust. The rest of the cabin was reasonably clean."

"The apartment had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Gorgeous views, comfortable beds, large screen tvs. Property has 3 pools and multiple quality restaurants. Perfect stay in Shoal Bay. Will definitely be back!"

"Staff were friendly and nice . Very easy check in . Room on the other hand, a funny smell to it. Was very dirty. The walls had stains, the skirting boards were full of dust . The spa bath had hair scattered around in it. There was no remote to the tv . The lounge had huge stains all over it . It was disgusting and hard to even sit on it , it stunk so bad ."
