"This hotel experience was a disaster because the hotel cancelled our 3 rooms the same day we should arrive. In my opinion this is so unprofessional and gives an impression that the hotel is not worthy being on Expedia app.
Very bad experience that left the whole family in a very poor situation without a hotel.
