Welcome to this centrally located home in Bonaire. You can relax & unwind within the comfort & cleanliness of this modern-style home. The home has 3 bds/2 full baths, along with 2 spacious walk-in closets. There is a charcoal grill available FOR RENT.
The home is about 15mins from RAFB, 10mins to Hwy 247 where the major industrial parks are located, 10mins to Houston Medical Center, 8mins from Little League SE region park & 5mins to Rigby's Water Park. Plenty of restaurants & stores nearby!

Primary Bedroom - King Bed, dedicated work area, and walk-in closet.
Guest Room - Queen Bed.
Guest Room - Full-size bed, a daybed, a trundle bed underneath, and a walk-in closet.
**All Bedrooms have full-length mirrors, smart TVs, and a closet with hangers, extra linen, and blankets**
Kitchen - Equipped with everything a cook needs to feel at home. Includes a Drip Coffee Maker with complimentary coffee & sugar, a microwave, a toaster oven that is also an air fryer, spices, (more than just your basics), plenty of pots and pans & much more.
The living room is a cozy space for family time or watching your favorite show on the 55-inch smart TV.
The laundry area includes a brand-new washer and dryer along with a supply of laundry detergent and fabric softener. There is an ironing board and iron. Left out for guests is a caddy with cleaning supplies if ever needed.
The backyard is fenced-in with plenty of room to play and enjoy.
Please note that the cleaning fee is for stays less than 5 days. For any stay that is 5 days or over but less than 10 days, cleaning fee is $130. Any stay 10 days or over but less than 14 days, cleaning fee is $150.

House cleanliness was top notch and Brittany thought of all the things that we frequently forget to pack like certain toiletry items. The house was perfect for our trip to visit family in the area. Layout and decor was nice. Each room has a TV which is a big plus. Kitchen is equipped well for cooking a meal. Neighborhood is nice. Also, the beds and pillows (and extra pullows and blankets) were very comfortable. And there were actually plenty of bathroom linens for our weekend visit. In previous rentals, we have had to wash towels everyday. Not here because Brittany stocked the house so well. We didn’t have much time to use the patio but it was also nice place to relax.
