"친척 경조사가 있어, 하루 전 숙박할 예정으로 가까운 브라운 도트 호텔을 예약했습니다. 토요일 체크 인 시간에 맞추어 3시에 체크인을 하려고 했더니, 주말은 체크인이 6시라 추가 요금을 내야 한다는군요. 여태껏 해외든 국내든 비즈니스 출장을 하면서, 주말 체크인이 6시라는 얘기는 처음 듣는지라 무척 화가 나더군요. 순간 드는 생각이 "이름만 호텔이지, 모텔이구나, 그래서 주말에 '대실'을 받을려고 하는 하는거 구나" 생각했습니다. 기분이 상한 일행이 다른 곳으로 가자고 했으나, 해외 사이트로 예약한거라, 당일 취소 패널티를 생각해서 울며 겨자먹기로 추가요금 (25천원)을 더 내고 체크인 했습니다. 그런데 들어와서 인터넷을 다시 보니 예약 Notice에 토요일 체크인이 6시라고 되어 있더군요. 다시는 안 오겠다고 생각하고 저녁 먹고 입실했더니, 프론터에서 미안했든지 25천원을 다시 돌려주더군요. 여하튼 브라운 도트는 저하고는 "빠이빠이야!!""

"Stayed for 2 nights with my wife and two kids the pension is located right next to a nice cafe and a river bordered by cliffs on the opposite side. The room was spacious and everything was super clean. The host was really nice and ensured we knew how to get to the pension. "It is clean, relatively central and close to a bus stop. The English of reception, open 10 to 10, is limited but they are very helpful. Breakfast is essentially croissants, cornflakes and coffee. There is no foyer, the entrance being quite small, but the lounge, also acting as a breakfast area can be used."

It was in a great location for walking to the center of Danyang, and an easy bus ride to the train station and to some hikes we did. Staff were friendly and the English was good.
