"Being in old town just be prepared for a nightmare of an experience if you have luggage. We had to pay for some transfers. There are a lot of stairs but they have Mike who was UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! Mike helped us get luggage up and down. The views are amazing but the hosts are particular about how you stay at the property. It sometimes made it uncomfortable to be relaxed. They are high tech which was interesting but good. Found it hard to lock our doors but got used to it. I would recommend...

"My husband and I were recent guests and we were completely satisfied with the accommodations. The location sits tucked away in the hills, and each suite offers full privacy along with air conditioning, a comfortable lounge area, and a jacuzzi. The space was well maintained, and the food offerings were very good. The staff provided excellent service, delivered meals punctually, and were kind throughout our stay. We highly recommend a visit to this property."

"We had a one night stay so we could take a boat tour through La Maddalena and we booked an oceanview room. The room had good space for 2 of us and it was clean and decorated really cutely in the ocean theme. The view was great and we could watch the fireworks from our balcony. This is a great small hotel with a nice breakfast . The staff was helpful as well. This is not a high end luxury hotel which we did not expect. It was very nice for a local hotel."

"The first time I stayed at this hotel was three years ago, and I unfortunately had a better experience during that visit. This time, I was unaware that parking spaces now need to be reserved in advance. This information was not listed on the hotel’s website or Expedia, and we were not made aware of the requirement before arrival. When we asked where we could park, we were directed to areas about a five-minute walk away. Unfortunately, there appears to have been some miscommunication, possibly due to a language barrier, and we ended up parking in an area where we received a ticket. When we brought this to the hotel’s attention, we were disappointed that they were unable to offer any assistance or take responsibility. The massage therapist was wonderful, but the massage room itself could be improved. It is located next to a staff work and dishwashing area, so there was considerable noise during the treatment, including dishes and equipment being moved, buckets being dropped, and staff conversations. The massage table was also quite small and not very comfortable. Lastly, there was a noticeable musty/mold-like smell in the bathroom that made me wonder if there may be a moisture issue. I did not experience this in the larger family room during my previous stay. I’m still giving 4 stars for the great location, the kindness of receiving my packages weeks before arrival, and how easily accessible the hotel was via WhatsApp."

"It is a beautiful property. In general staff was friendly, amazing at the reception. I have to say that the staff at the buffet, specifically the managers are not the nicest. They are like police officers… We had a breakfast only bracelet, and the only night we decided to try their buffet for supper, we asked if we could go check the food before making a decision. They agreed, but we were “intercepted” twice while looking, and asked if we had a ticket. I understand that there can be people who abuse, but in such a nice hotel, it doesn’t seem to match the ambiance… We decided to book an excursion with the hotel to Bonifacio, Corsica. It was a nice one, but I have to say that the ‘lunch” part of the excursion was a total waste of precious time to visit, and I say this because the food at the restaurant was not good! I would prefer eating a sandwich and having more time to visit. Our guide Sara was delightful! We loved our stay!"
