However they never removed the plates and trash from previous orders so it just kept piling up, even after calling and asking for room cleaning, it never came even after they said it would. "Our stay was amazing except for 1 little hiccup… the elevator was always somehow broken. Only 1 elevator was functional during our stay. It made it a little too inconvenient (long wait) especially when you have a lot of luggages to take down.. otherwise, the staff were friendly, the room was very clean, the location and everything was great!"
