My friends and family were extremely disappointed with the quality of the accommodations. We paid nearly $400 USD per day, but the rooms were dark, poorly maintained, with dirty bathrooms and sewage odors coming from the drains. While the hotel's exterior grounds are beautiful and well-kept, the rooms are in desperate need of complete renovation. Instead of the resort experience we expected, we felt like we were staying at a roadside motel. On our first day, we went to the hotel restaurant for dinner and had to wait over an hour and a half for what turned out to be terrible food. Given the high price point, the experience fell far short of expectations and I would not recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Experiência ruim. O hotel apresenta boa estrutura mas deixa a desejar em diversos pontos que tornam a experiência muito limitada para o preço que se está pagando. E tudo culminou com o checkout lastimável. Nos informaram que ofereciam um lanche no lugar do café da manhã caso fosse ser feito algum passeio que precisasse sair cedinho. No nosso caso foi no último dia. Nos informaram que poderiam fornecer um lanche se saíssemos antes do horpário do café da manhã. Sanduíche frio, bolo e fruta. Solicitamos e às 5 da manhã pegamos as embalagens. no meio da estrada quando fomos abrir pra comer e dar a nossos 3 filhos, vimos que tinha uma fatia de pão pura, uma fatia de bolo e uma fruta que faltou em uma embalagem. Lamentável. Não se faz isso com uma família com 3 crianças. melhor nem oferecer. mas dizendo que forneciam, contamos com o lanche. Além disso falta de pontualidade nos horários divulgados da recreação, tivemos vazamentono quarto que demorou pra ser corrigido e foi deixado tudo sujo. Materiais fornecidos para o beach tennis de péssima qualidade e sem padrão. O hotel tem uma estrutura muito boa. Acabamos por ter uma experiência ruim.

Custo benefício péssimo. Paguei o valor de resorts all inclusive pé na areia no nordeste (já fui em vários), porém no Zagaia só é meia pensão e temos que pagar pelo suco ou refrigerante do jantar…

O hotel tem boa estrutura de piscinas e quadras, mas os quartos estão muito antigos. A comida não está nem próxima do que se espera: os drinks e aperitivos na piscina são muito ruins (caipirinhas com frutas em calda, carne dura e queimada), o café da manhã está ok e o jantar tem menos opções do que se espera de um resort deste porte.

Local paradisíaco com atrações diversas para toda familia e idades. Alimentação, diversão, conforto, localização e recreação de primeira qualidade. Recomendamos muito este hotel. A única ressalva foi a agência de turismo, que deixou a desejar.

Foi uma experiência horrível, isso porque tinha uma cobra no meu quarto. Foi total falta de cuidado do hotel, pois depois descobrimos que esse quarto estava fechado a uns dias atrás e pelo visto o hotel não teve o cuidado de inspecionar o quarto antes de colocar uma família lá dentro.

Não vale o custo benefício

De forma geral, não vale a pena o valor que se paga. Isso que paguei um preço abaixo do valor normal. Vou listar alguns pontos que deixaram a desejar e que me faz não recomendar o Zagaia: 1. Fiquei em um quarto (suítes) que, durante a noite o teto fica fazendo barulho de estalos. Talvez porque a instalação seja um pouco antiga; 2. ⁠A temperatura da água da hidromassagem estava tão quente que mal dava para ficar com apenas os pés dentro; 3. ⁠Piscinas de hidromassagem com apenas dois assentos funcionando, a maioria dos assentos sem jatos de água funcionando; 4. ⁠Antes de fazer a reserva entrei em contato com o canal de atendimento do Zagaia para saber se no espaço baby havia cadeirinha de alimentação de bebê, pois estaria levando minha filha de 7 meses, me informaram que não possuía, inclusive me mandaram um vídeo do local onde havia apenas uma mesa com 4 cadeira para crianças um pouco maiores. Dessa forma, ocupei boa parte do meu carro levando a minha cadeirinha de alimentação, para minha surpresa, quando chegamos no Zagaia e fomos conhecer o espaço baby havia a cadeirinha apropriada para alimentar bebês. O que transparece a falta preparo por parte dos funcionários em prestar a informação; 5. ⁠No primeiro dia quando fomos usar o espaço baby, pela manhã, percebemos que o local não estava muito bem higienizado, pois o lixo do local estava cheio. Ainda pela manhã, liguei na recepção para solicitar a limpeza do local. Para minha surpresa, no início da tarde quando precisei usar o

Hotel muito bom. Café da manhã muito bom. Colchões do quarto poderiam ser mais confortáveis. Apesar de dizer que era cama king, na verdade eram duas "Viúvos" juntas. Banheiro com aspecto de antigo porém bem limpo e funcional. Chuveiro muito bom. Pessoal fica tentando "te empurrar" o jantar, achei com bastante opções porém não achei que o preço valia a pena. A recreação poderia ser um pouco melhor.

Nossa estadia foi boa. O aquecimento das piscinas melhorou muito a experiência no hotel, porém a piscina infantil continua muito gelada e as demais só esquentam ao longo do dia. Pela manhã ainda são geladas. As refeições são boas. Infelizmente não tivemos uma boa experiência na recreação, uma das recreadoras (Pink), foi muito grosseira comigo e com meus filhos ao ser questionada. A mesma se mostrou com total despreparo para ser responsável por crianças, zero controle emocional. Quando me propus a relatar o fato, o gerente geral não se encontrava no hotel e o site também não dispõe de canal de comunicação.
