"The staff is very nice and helpful and made my stay more enyoable. However, do have in mind that if your room doesn't have a refrigerator and microwave, they aren't allowed to store your food in their restaurant refrigerator nor heat it in their microwave. Also the kitchen seems to close at 9:30pm, an hour before the restaurant closes."

"I looked for a hotel with air conditioning and parking during the heat wave. This hotel provided that + it is very close to the city center. Room was spacious and clean. They also have complimentary coffee at the restaurant even if you do not book breakfast. It was perfect for my weekend stay in Bonn!"

"The hotel is amazing. The bar was very good but understaffed, I felt bad for one lady working really hard and overtime because someone called in and didn’t get any help. Restaurant was so slow for food. We ordered and waited an hour and never even got bread. So we left before our food came and just went to KFC"
