Lage sehr ruhig in einem Wohnviertel. Das Zimmer hatte neuere zweckmäßige Ausstattung. Sehr sauber . Die Mitarbeiter am Empfang waren um den Gast sehr bemüht. Wünsche wurden schnell und kompetent erfüllt. Frühstück für uns umfassend und ausreichend.( Wurst , Käse, Rührei, Räucherlachs u.s.w.)

Klein maar fijn hotel in residentiële buurt!

Om een dagje Phantasialand wat makkelijker verteerbaar te maken qua rijkilometers, besloten we een hotel vlakbij Bonn te boeken. Het werd het Venusberghotel op een half uurtje rijden van het themapark. Het hotel is klein maar charmant en gezellig en het ligt in een residentiële buurt. Bij aankomst was het even zoeken, want er bleek niemand fysiek aan de receptie te zitten, maar bij aanbellen werden we geholpen aan een code waarmee we onze toegangskaarten tot het hotel en de kamer uit een kluis/automaat aan de zijkant van het hotel konden halen. Simpel en efficiënt! Het personeel 's ochtens en bij uitchecken was zeer vriendelijk. Alleen vreemd dat de prijs van Expedia en dat van het hotel niet overeen leken te komen, dat is wel wat verwarrend. Voor onze prijs maakte het niet veel uit, maar ik kan me voorstellen als je honderden euro's uitgeeft dat je bij boeking verwacht dat alles perfect klopt (ik kijk hiervoor eerder naar Expedia). Het ontbijt was zeer lekker en het hotel is zeker aan te raden! Let wel: parkeerplaatsen aan het hotel zijn beperkt, maar je kan vlakbij in de straat of een zijstraat parkeerplaats vinden.

Staff was great, breakfast had a large selection, hotel was very clean and looked great. Wifi worked well. My ONLY complaint was how hard the beds were. They were REALLY firm.

Hotel in ruhiger Lage

Das Hotel befindet sich auf dem Venusberg in Bonn in ruhiger Lage mit zumeist Wohnbebauung. Der Empfang war freundlich und das Einchecken verlief problemlos. Die Zimmer sind neuwertig gut ausgestattet und den Erwartungen entsprechend. Gewöhnungsbedürftig für mich war, dass das Frühstück in der Rezeption eingenommen wurde. Für den Umstand wurde einen Stern abgezogen, weil das für mich den Charme einer Jugendherberge hatte. Das Frühstücksbuffet war schlicht gehalten aber ausreichend. Für einen Aufenthalt im Rahmen einer Städtetour oder für Geschäftsleute eine empfehlenswerte Location.

Mooi hotel. Ontbijt simpel maar goed. Enige minpunt was dat er vermeld stond dat er een bar/lounge aanwezig was maar deze was er NiET. Er was zelfs een drankenkaart aanwezig op de kamer maar er was helaas geen drankje te krijgen.
