"This was my fourth summer staying here, it's a beautiful place. The water falls and swimming hole near by. When I go to Gros Morne I don't stay anywhere else. I know what I'm getting, the cabins are very clean, beautiful and friendly staff. It could have a little bit more internet and cell phone service, but that's probably beyond their control. "It was a Holiday Inn Express when we booked it, but changed to Horizons a week or two before we got there. The breakfast was still Holiday Inn Express quality, and the kids loved the water slide."

"We enjoyed our stay at Tides Inn tremendously. The owners are wonderful and very helpful to those needing a little advice. The rooms and breakfast were terrific. The views from your private patio are incredible! A short walk to the wharf and beach. I would recommend this Inn to anyone visiting the area. "

Downstairs shower has an elevated showerhead, which was very appreciated by the tall members of our group!Lots of warblers in the forest around the home, if you’re a birder - even a couple of rare ones during the breeding season!
