Gîte in the owner's house on the ground floor. Large entrance, access by two steps. Living room-kitchen-living room with fireplace. 1 bedroom (1 double bed 190x200 cm), 1 bedroom without opening to the outside, access by 3 steps (3 single beds 90x190 cm including 1 bunk). Bathrooms (shower). Separate toilets. Small private lot. In the heart of the old listed village of Bonneval, the gîte "Les Flocons" is located at the foot of the slopes and the ski schools in winter, the departures of hiking trails in summer. Old stone building with slate roof, has independent access. The unobstructed view of the Massif de l'Albaron and the shops a few steps from the gîte will make your stay a pleasant one! Classified as the most beautiful village in France, succumb to the charm of Bonneval-sur-Arc. In the heart of the Vanoise National Park, Bonneval-sur-Arc has kept its authenticity. A stone's throw from Italy, the cottage is ideally located to enjoy the wide open spaces offered by the Haute Maurienne in summer and winter alike.
