This place is perfect if you need a spot to lay your head for the night. The check-in process was very simple, the room was clean and fresh, and the house was quiet.
It was our own bedroom (with its own door lock) in a nearly brand new house. We loved the quiet location with a view looking out to Mt. Rainier (on clear days). You need a car to stay here, most things are a 5-10 min drive away. There is a large shopping area about 4 miles away with Walmart, Target and many stores.
The room itself was very comfortable, nice bed, we got great sleep. The hosts are super friendly and helpful.
There is more than one room so the following may vary: Our room had a small fridge, microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom was next door in the hallway. There was a small desk and a chair. Another chair would be a useful thing to have in the room.
Overall an excellent place to stay if exploring places south of Seattle. In our three days we drove to the south side of Rainier NP (Paradise), the north side (Sunrise) and to Tacoma.
